To the Service Manager,

     My husband and I just wanted to take the time to tell you how appreciative we are that your staff helped us when we were in need of a miracle.  A week ago, we were preparing to leave for a family vacation.  With only hours left before our scheduled flight in Newark, not one but both of our vehicles broke down.  When our first vehicle started having problems, we took it to the repair shop and figured we would just take our other vehicle on vacation but as luck would have it, we began hearing a loud thumping noise in our other vehicle late in the day.  We were frantic figuring what we would do?  We were so very grateful that your service department told us to come right in and that they would look at it right away.  They quickly found a hose that had became loose and had it repaired in only a few minutes!
     We really appreciate the piece of mind in knowing that we wouldn't be stranded somewhere along the road in Newark.  Thank you for helping us and saving our family vacation!

     My daughter bought her first car from Capital Volvo yesterday and I felt compelled to write you about our experience.  First, I must say that I purchased a Volvo from Keeler several years ago.  The car was perfect but the total experience was less than perfect.  Actually, in my 35 years of car purchases, I can't think of one that was a good experience.  Not one! 
     Yesterday was different though.  It started on Saturday when Nick Guzman introduced himself to our family.  From that moment until my daughter signed on the dotted line it was the most pleasurable car buying experience that I have ever took part of.  Nick is extremely knowledgeable about Volvos.  His enthusiasm and his apparent love of his job was evident.  He really should be commended.
    Your business manager also played a big part in making this pleasurable.  She took the time to get good financing for my daughter.  She was also very diligent in  reviewing and explaining the paperwork.  She treated my daughter like one of her own.
     All in all it was very impressive!
